📝 Service Policies & Fine Print
Flat-Rate Labor: All pricing listed above is a fixed flat rate for labor.
Parts & Software: The cost of hardware parts (screens, batteries, hard drives) or retail software licenses is not included in the labor rate and will be quoted separately before work begins.
Turnaround Times: Standard in-stock repairs are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. If specialized parts must be ordered, turnaround times generally range from 3 to 7 business days depending on shipping availability.
Expedited Service: Need it fixed immediately? We offer a $50.00 Urgent Rush Fee to bypass the standard queue and move your device to the front of the bench.

We charge a flat diagnostic fee which is fully applied toward the total cost of your repair if you choose to proceed with our service.
Most software tune-ups and virus removals are completed within twenty-four hours. Hardware repairs depend on parts availability, typically taking two to three business days.

Mobile dispatch within Taft and immediate West Kern County is included in our standard rates. Remote areas may incur a nominal travel fee.
Yes, we back all hardware installations with a thirty-day service warranty in addition to the standard manufacturer warranties on replacement parts.
